  • The surface should be free of anti-sticking agents (mould oil, paint, dust, water) and should be firm.

  • The painted surfaces should be made adsorbent via indentation or paint-cleaning machines.

  • The surface should be moistened before application.

  • The surface should not have any flaws 


  • 12-14 liters of water is put into a mortar board of at least 50 liters and then 8 kilograms of Izodress natural insulation plaster is poured in.

  • The mortar board that is prepared for mixing should be thoroughly cleaned and at the time of mixing, the edges of the mortar board should be scraped thoroughly with the help of a spud and mixed again.

  • For a homogenous admixture, 500-600 rpm mixer should be used. Mixing time is about 2 minutes.

  • After admixture is rested for approximately 5 minutes, it is mixed again for 1 minutebefore application.

  • If the product starts setting due to delay during application, it should be mixed to obtain application consistency again without water and continued to be applied.

  • The prepared mortar should be used within an hour.  The laths, which will determine the thickness of Izodress natural insulation plaster, are assembled with appropriate intervals in order to performsmooth plastering.

  • Izodress natural insulation plaster, which is prepared, is filled with plaster shovel and spud between laths.

  • 12-14 liters of water with Izodress natural plaster is added to the machine tank considering the machine capacity for the applications done via machine.

  • After acquiring a homogenous admixture, it is sprayed between the plaster laths for application.

  • Another method is to feed the machine with the product mixed in the mortar boards and spray it between the laths.

  • When the product completes thepre shrinkage (without drying), the laths are removed.

  • Then the gaps between the laths are filled with Izodress natural insulation plaster, and they are corrected by aknife gauge and madeready for the finish coat application.
